Board of Archons
The Board of Archons are appointed by the Grand-Master and approved by the Grand Council. The Board Serves a voluntary term of 1 year. The Board of Archons manages various day-to-day activities of the organization.
Director of Membership Intake
The Director of Membership Intake shall be responsible for overseeing the Membership Intake Process.

The Director of Membership shall be responsible for continued education of neophyte and reactivated members of the organization on protocol, etiquette, rights and responsibilities as a member of the fraternity.
Director of Colonization
The Director of Colonization shall be responsible for overseeing the transition of colonies into full chapters.

The Director of Public Relations shall be director of publicity, which includes: The administration of public relations program for the fraternity, advertising and marketing for the General Organization and local chapters as needed.
Director of Risk Management
The Director of Risk Management shall supervise Risk Management, safety, insurance and policy associated to such.
Director and Editor of Communications
The Director and Editor of Communications shall supervise and produce “The Thunderbolt” Magazine and supervises the update of the National Website.
Director of National Community Service Projects
The Director of Community Service Projects shall be in charge of National Community Service Projects and shall keep records all service projects performed.
